Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or returned, by ordering you accept this condition. If the event has to be postponed then it will be moved to another date and your tickets will remain valid. If the event has to be cancelled you will be eligible for a full refund.
No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt including the correct email address or telephone number has been used.
In the event of an event being postponed or cancelled, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related service.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.
Organisers and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove persons from the event for any reason. Health and safety, environmental, security and breach of Covid-19 Code of Conduct are all issues which are taken into account when making these decisions. No refunds are offered when persons are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances. Please arrive in plenty of time to the venue to ensure that we can get everyone in on time.
In order to prevent fraud and to protect everyone involved in the transaction, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel it is fraudulent and in order to process checks.
If you have received a digital ticket through email or other means, you must not copy, duplicate or disclose it under any circumstances. Doing so will potentially result in your ticket being invalid.
Event grounds can be rough by nature and we strongly recommend you take all care. You mqy bring your own torch or means of illumination when walking and take care of any surfaces that may become slippy or wet. The organisers would draw attention to any disused structures, temporary structures, fixtures or wet areas, including bridges, wooden walkways and pathways.
The Event is not suited to pedestrian access and is only accessible by car.
Video, photographs and audio recordings are allowed on site but under the condition that you allow the organisers to use said media for the event websites/promotion without prior notice.
If tickets are returned undelivered we reserve the right to cancel an order but will do everything possible to deliver them to you. Please note that events of a technical nature sometimes do not always deliver every aspect advertised we make no promise or expectation and any missing elements will not result in any liability of refund or recourse. By purchasing tickets you agree to this explicitly.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Ordering tickets, entering the event, or taking part is all means of acceptance of these conditions. All calls are recorded.
COVID-19 CODE OF CONDUCT FOR VISITORS
Following the success of our Covid Secure events we require all attendees who attend our events to adhere to an additional set of rules designed to ensure that all visitors to the event are kept safe.
This includes following social distancing rules set out by the government, following the event organisers instructions, and showing appropriate patience and respect towards other attendees.
Visitors will not be allowed to attend the event without agreeing to the Code of Conduct. If the Code of Conduct is broken at any time visitors will immediately be required to leave the event.
It is against the law to attend the event in groups larger than 6 (excluding members of the same household and their support bubbles). You must avoid social interaction with anyone outside your group, even if you see other people you know.
YOU MUST STRICTLY FOLLOW GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS TO SELF-ISOLATE IF YOU OR A MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS ANY SUSPECTED SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 – YOU MUST NOT ATTEND THE EVENT.
All attendees must:
- Make every effort to maintain a social distance of 2 metres from others at the event.
- Not attend in groups larger than 6 (excluding members of the same household and their support bubbles).
- Remain within your household or group and not join other groups.
- Follow all Covid-19 signage and instructions at the event.
- Remain in your allocated box unless visiting toilets or concessions.
- Use the clearly marked walkways in the audience area it is important not to obstruct the walkways.
- Move around the event as individuals or pairs, not as groups where possible.
- Use the nearest walkway, avoid walking through the audience.
- Avoid touching your face.
- Use the hand sanitation points located around the event area.
- Use the one-way queuing systems for toilets and traders.
- Follow instructions from the event compare and safety announcements.
- Please wait patiently for stewards instructions as you exit row by row.
- Remain patient and treat each other with respect, things are going to take longer than usual.
IF YOU OR A MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD ARE EXPERIENCING THE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE EVENT.
We cannot offer refunds to those self isolating with symptoms of COVID-19. If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer the ticket to a friend or family member, please contact us at email@example.com.
